how to install a new photoshop with new serial

hi

i tried a photoshop liquid bla bla for some days to check out if its better than the older versions.

now i bought photoshop 7 and tried to install. first i deleted the old folder and this funny database file.

problem: my (correct) new serial doesnt work ! it always says "serial incorrect"
how can i delete the old serial infos?

please help!

i allready deleted it ... and all infos / files of photoshop.

next problem.

the installition runs without any problems but Photoshop always quits after 3 seconds. imageready is running well!

whats that? there are some apps which quits at the start! are there any tricks to solve that problem???

You've paid a good amount of money for PS, call Adobe for some of their good tech support, but first go to their web site, or to one of the specific PS support pages. Your problem is probably a quick fix, likely finding and deleting the rest of the old installation.
