How to remove cd/dvd drive from a G3 Powerbook (Pismo)

Hi everyone, I need to find out how to remove the dvd/cd-rom drive from a pismo. I have a pismo with a cd-rom drive that doesn't work, and another one that does, so I wanted to swap drives. Thanks.

Good resources, but doesn't answer the question, which is much easier.

Pull the lever on the right front corner of the Pismo, and the CD module will slide out. (The same lever on the left corner releases the battery.)
Do the same on the other Powerbook. If the other is not a Pismo, then you will need to swap the brackets, otherwise, just slide the replacement module in until it seats.
The whole job will take you about 10 seconds.
