A little nifty app called V.L.C (VideoLanClient).
But I've found a good solution:
1. Download Y.A.D.E (Yet another DVD extractor)
(It's far out the best extractor cause you have a preview screen so ou can easily see what scene and cell etc. to extract (if you want to extract parts of it that is))
2. Press save streams as.
You'll get (probably multiple) audio file(s) (different languages) and a .mp2 file.
3. You'll have to use "MPEG2Decoder" to make it readable for X. (easy, just press "build" and thats it)
4. Now you have to use DVD Studio Pro or Final Cut Pro to put the audio and video together and make it good.
5. Now open it in Quicktime (pro) and export it to a DV file or something like that.
Shouldn't be hard. I made myself a screensaver off a DVD!
