I don't want the "pling" in Mail.app

I am getting crazy with the "pling" sound in Mail.app. When I send members newsletter i.e. to 25.000 members, the letters who "Bounces" goes to a special mailbox named "Bounced". And getting 2-4.000 Bounces makes a lot of PLING........ :(

I tried "Stop evaluating rules" as I was suggested, but the sound is still there. Can anybody advice me how to get rid of the sound please?
 
You can turn off Mail.app's sounds in Mail.app's Preferences under "General". Look for "New mail sound:" and "Play sounds for other mail actions", which can be disabled completely if need be.
