iCal Import Option grayed out!

Hi, I am ready to migrate from Entourage to iCal, and just noticed that the import option from the File Menu is grayed out. I used it a few days ago to test it. I am assuming you can import more than once?

Any pointer on how to get this back is welcome. Thanks SO much. Martin.
 
You need to have an editable calendar selected on the left in order for the "Import" menu to appear... gotta have a calendar to import to! ;)
