Tried video chatting with a friend of mine today... I could see and hear her fine, but she could only hear me and the picture was blank for her. Any thoughts? Cameras are enabled, connection is strong... cant figure it out!

If either of you were using a router or a firewall you should read( and bookmark) the Apple articles "Well known" TCP and UDP ports used by Apple software products & Using iChat with a firewall or NAT router.
I think you a probably running into a networking being blocked problem. If either of you are running the OS X built in firewall should is connect to see if it is the source of the network block.
