Identifying correct RAM for my machine

I have a Power Mac G4.

The information on the present 256 MB RAM is as follows:

PC2700U - 25331 - A1.

I want to add an additional 512 MB. How much of the existing RAM identification needs to be identical?

Basically, you want PC-2700 RAM, non-ECC, unbuffered (if I remember correctly). Check with that program and it'll tell you the exact specs you need, and then places like crucial.com carry that kind of older RAM (although at this point in time, you may pay a premium for older RAM).
