Illustrator keeps unexpectedly quitting

Hi i've recently purchased a copy of Adobe's web design package and while I have not experienced any problems with the other applications, Illustrator and Photoshop keep unexpectedly quitting within minutes of me using them. I already had copies of both these programs but I did use the Adobe uninstaller so I didn't think this would be a problem. I've sent reports to Apple.

Corrupt Adobe preferences?

What versions of your Adobe products do you have and what machine and OS are you using?
