iMac G4 USB 9 pin port?

I recently bought a iMac PowerPC G4 on ebay and want to buy one of those Internal Multi Memory Card Reader but it requires a 9 pin port Usb, it looks like this

Dose g4's come with it? Also what is the size of the drive underneath the cd/dvd player? The floppy drive i guess? I think its 3.5 inches but idk for sure. I want to know now so i can buy it now so it can arrive when my g4 dose. thanks.
 
No, the G4 motherboards do not have an internal 9-pin USB connector.

Yes, the drive bay under the optical drive is 3.5", but is only accessible to an ATA/33 or ATA/66 bus, so you may want to consider an ATA PCI card if you intend on running a hard drive there.

Also, you said "iMac PowerPC G4," but do you really mean a G4 tower? The iMac and the G4 tower machines are radically different in their design.
