Have a 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo Imac with 1GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM.
originally came with Tiger and worked great with very few problems. I only had the normal troubles with my machine that every body has had. I decided to upgrade the OS to Leopard so i could take advantage of the A2DP Bluetooth Profile. After the upgrade this machine takes forever in the morning to wake up after being asleep all night. it literaly takes 3 minutes for mail application to open up and become usable. Same for any application. lots of pinwheels and lots of wait time. after about 10 minutes of very frustrating operation the computer works just fine. no problems. this problem also happens after anytime the computer falls asleep. so frustrating!!!!!!

I dont even know where to start to fix this problem. any help is greatly appreciated. What should i Do?

thank you for your help, but i did do the old archive and install. i originally tried the upgrade but kept getting the " blue screen" hang up on the restart.

any other ideas, maybe i should try another archive and install.
