iMac with frequent kernel panics

I'm trying to troubleshoot my mom intel iMac. It has a kernel panic a couple times a week. The machine is only 6 months old. It's running 10.5.4. BT keyboard and mouse. The only peripheral is a USB backup drive for time machine.

I've repaired permissions, zapped the pram, updated the firmware and ran the extended hardware test.

Here's the last log:

Remove the third party RAM and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't then call AppleCare ASAP.
