In-Store Video Card Upgrade

No, MacBooks do not have any video upgrades.
There are no video upgrade options for any new Mac laptop.
There have been some models with an optional video upgrade at the time of purchase, but no way to do that at a later time.

The MacBook uses shared memory for video, so you might see some improvement in video performance by upgrading your RAM.

You can always look for an ExpressCard videocard, but I know of none that exist as of now.

Not for a MacBook, doesn't have any kind of expansion slot.

For the memory. 1GB should be OK for most. If you want to do something like Parallels, where you would have, in effect, two operating systems running at the same time - 2GB would be worthwhile.
You have two slots. you can upgrade to 1GB in each, for a total of 2GB maximum.

Oh, right. I was thinking MacBook Pro. If you install memory in equal pairs, it will increase performance.
