Is it possible to install an internal bluetooth module on a g5 powermac?

Not unless you're an Apple Authorized Service Rep -- it's not a user-serviceable part.

How do you go about ordering the bluetooth module?

Looks straight forward enough. I suppose trying to get ones hands on the BT module is the hard part.
