i purchase mac book pro from my friend... and he install the windows 7 on mac book pro

now i want to install mac leopard os or x lion os ( which is the best) .. but i dont ve the bootable os dvd... plz guide me how can i instaal this plz hepl

i ve mac os x leopard and mac os x lio 10.7 vmware preinstalled folder in my computer...

size of leopard os is 2.2 gb approx and lion os size is 8.13 gb approx.

but i dont know how to install this.. plz hepl or any guide for it

or any link to download setup which is bootable

is lion x oprating system is best for my macbook pro.. it has i5 pro. with 4 gb ram... can i download itfrom this link .. is it safe

On what planet would you expect that to be safe?

That's the kind of download that should encourage you to wisely spend only $30 to get a true image from Apple.
Rather than waste your time with an image that more than likely has malware imbedded in the image - why not purchase the real Lion installer? It's not like Windows, where you get to spend a relatively larger sum for a UCTF (Unfortunate Cruel Twist of Fate™) :D
The link is in my post above - although for the flash drive, the cost is higher than downloading from the App Store.

Buy a copy of Lion. You will receive no help with software piracy here. It is a violation of the rules to discuss pirated software and to help other pirate software.

i,m so sorry to talk abt pirate software here.... i check its serial no on apple support.. i got warrant for 2014.. so can i recover my mac operating system back or any recovery option in mac book pro

You have two options, the first of which is the "best" option:

1) Contact the original person who sold you the computer and tell them that the sale is incomplete, because they failed to include the OS X Install DVD that originally came with the laptop. That DVD will do no one any good except the person who owns the computer, since it can only be used on that specific model of computer, so ask them to kindly complete the sale and provide the DVD.

2) Purchase a new OS X Install DVD/Thumb Drive from Apple.

There are no other legal options to install OS X on your computer. You must choose one of the two options above. There is no other way to get OS X onto your computer other than the two options above. You cannot use your VMWare images to load OS X onto your computer.

Short answer: pick from the two options above, as they are your only legal options.
