Intel-Based Startup Keys

Apple has released the Startup key combinations for Intel-based Macs document.

Looks exactly the same as it's ever been with all the previous Macs.

Other than the Open Firmware key-combo. It's been released for a week or two. Sadly, it doesn't seem like Apple wants users to get into the intel Macs' firmware as easily as we can with PPC Macs.

It's understandable that they want to keep the firmware fairly locked so people will have a harder time reverse engineering it and running OS X on other hardware.

Right. I keep forgetting that this is a _problem_ for Apple instead of a challenge.
