iOS Safari Bookmarks

Depends do you connect to Mac with it or are you Windows? I ask because if you use iCloud syncing on System Preferences->Internet pane, iCloud park highlight and see if you syncing with iCloud on the phone! this way if syncing with the Browser and connecting to phone then they will sync!
 
MBP & iPhone. (read my 'signature') I sync with iCloud partially. Not Safari. (I could, though). Don't I have to delete all the phone's bookmarks 1st???
