ok so jsut wondering is there any chane of watching videos on the iphoto with out big chance of messing it up
 
iPhoto is a piece of software that organizes digital photos... are you perhaps referring to the iPod photo model?

The only way to get video on the iPod photo model is to hack it to run Linux (a simple search for "iPod Linux" or "Linux on iPod" in Google will reveal tons of information on doing that). Even then, I believe it's just video and no audio for movies, though.
 
iPhoto also takes those MPEG-1 and MPEG-4 movies some digital still cameras are able to take.
