Iphoto cant detect iphone

Hi guys,

I'm using macbook pro 15" , recently notice my iphoto cannot recognize my iphone during syn. i can't view my iphone photo on macbook pro with iphoto program.
can someone help.

Photos from the iPhone are synced through iTunes, not iPhoto. Try syncing with iTunes and see if you can see photos from the iPhone in iPhoto then.

Be sure you have the option to sync photos turned on for your iPhone in iTunes.

i manage to do the usual photo syn from my macbook iphoto to iphone.
i can view the pictures of iphoto in my iphone.
but not the other way round .
