I put restrictions on my daughters' iPod touches. I do not remember what Passcode I used for restrictions. Now that I want to change restrictions, I cannot do so b/c I need to enter the Passcode to access these options. I have already updated and restored the iPod through iTunes, but it only reset the Passcode lock, which is different. How do I reset the Passcode for restrictions (through Settings menu)??

You'll have to restore the iPod using the computer it is synced to, which wipes it clean and returns it to its out-of-box state.
