... To transmit a radio show through any softwear for OSX. I already have my own servers if that is neccisary. If anyone has any experience with this please let me know. I keep getting search results for live 365.com and stuff like that, but thats not what I'm looking for.

Do you want to broadcast it over the air so anyone cane hear it, or through iTunes or something?

Through the internet at first of course, but if it works out then we'd love to go to the airwaves.

QuickTime Broadcaster, available with Mac OS X Server, is pretty decent for tune-in or prerecorded streaming.
