Is there PCMCIA card reader that can be used with an iMac? USB/Firewire?

Next week I will take delivery of an electronic tool for checking settings on my car. It's a bit of equipment that has been around the industry for a long time and the memory is held on a 32MB PCMCIA card.

I would like to make a back-up of it as soon as it arrives, in case it gets corrupted. I used to have a reader/writer some years ago when these things were common on Powerbooks, but is there one that I can use with my 2010 iMac 27 inch, running 10.7 or the MacBook Pro running 10.9?

Looks to be just the thing. :)

I've found a source for one in the UK. But, as usual, it's £50 not $50. We aren't known as "rip-off Britain" for nothing.....

Just to round this off....

The kit arrived and to my surprise, it came with two PCMCIA slots :) It's so you can keep the settings for two different car models on it. But there is also an option to put a blank card into one slot and copy the other to it! :D It's nice to be able to save money sometimes!!
