Itms Searching Problems


Hello, I hope you can help me. I am having the same problem as described in this question: I am on a Windows machine however. I have opened TCP Port 3689 and UDP Port 5353, but still cannot use the Search feature of the iTMS. Please help! Thanks!

Can you describe your setup at all? Macintosh? OS X version? iTunes version? Network setup? DSL? Cable? Firewall?

Please help us with information about your setup and situation so we can help you. It's tough to troubleshoot a problem when all we have to go on is, "I've got the same problem as this other guy, help!"
