iTunes Importing ACC Limitation?

I just recently learned of a way to rip my audio cd and get it to be bookmarkable on my ipod. I was unclear, however, whether ripping my cd with itune's AAC encoder puts a limit on how many computers and devices I can listen to my music on. (Like downloading files through itunes limits the play to only that computer and ipod, and the 3 other computers or what not.)

no, it doesn't. Those limits only apply to music purchased through the iTunes music store.
