iTunes Keeps Crashing

The Lone Deranger
When I open iTunes and play a song, within 10 seconds it'll crash. If I reopen it, it usually just crashes again after the same thing.

The crash report said something about
"Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000069002000
Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread"

The fonts in iTunes are also messed up (but only in the display where the track progress bar is).

I have the latest version, but I'm not sure what to do.

----------------
I have 60GB of songs in iTunes, so I'd rather not have to delete it and reinstall.
I just tried repairing permissions with no avail

Mario; give this a try:go into your hd-users-preferences-find your iTunes preferences and trash them; a new set is automatically rebuilt-empty the trash can and restart iTunes. This may work ?

I've tried that already and it didn't work. Here's what the broken fonts look like btw...

It just constantly crashes...

First thing is to clear you font cache. Download Onyx and it has a setting to clear font cache. Then if that doesn't fix the problem go to your Users Preferences and delete the Preference file for iTunes (com.apple.iTunes.plist).

Good Luck.
