iTunes Library Import

I want to move an iTunes Library from one comp to another. How is this done?
The actual music is on a NAS so they don't have to move.
Intel MacBook Pro to G5 Desktop if that matters.
Both fully updated with 10.5.6 and current iTunes.

Well hook a first thing you have to ask yourself is are you keeping both computers. Then if you decide not to then you have to launch iTunes on the old Mac and select the menu item "Store" and 'Deauthorize Computer" because itunes purchases are just for up 5 Macs. Then on the new Mac hold down the "option" key while launching iTunes then when the pop-up comes up use it to find the iTunes Library on the NAS.
