Itunes Sharing Error -3259

I'm having trouble sharing an iTunes library over my wireless connection at home. This error happens on my iMac G5. I can see the shared libary on my PowerBook. When I click on the shared library after about 2 minutes this error pops up.

The shared music library " Ray's PowerBook" is not accessible for an unknown reason. (-3259)

Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 3689.

The firewall is off on both Macs. I can't seem to find anything on the net about this error. Any idea how I can fix it?

I'm having the same problem, and yes, I can't find much about it either.

Is the remote computer falling asleep, maybe?

For me, the computers involved are all awake.

Computers:
1 GHz PowerBook G4, OS 10.3.9, using wireless
Dual 500MHz Power PC G4, OS 10.3.9, using ethernet

I can connect from the Laptop to the Desktop, but not from the desktop to the laptop. Judging from cabbage's post, I think it's the wireless.

I had this problem when I was having a USB 2.0 External HDD go bad that I was using for my itunes music.

Wonder if your problem is the same.
