What you are wanting to do is extremely difficult, if not impossible.
Most "i" products (iPad, iPhone, iPod, etc.) can only be synced to one computer at a time... much like a "home base" computer.
If this is possible, I do not know how to do it; however a simple Google search for "sync iPhone two computers" returned many results, one of which being this one:

Perhaps that will point you down the path you need to be on.
