Some PCI cards for G5 towers that haven't been updated (with Leopard driver updates) causes Leopard not sleep.
Never use an Application Enhancer with Leopard. The hackies causes Leopard not boot.

If you want folders in Stacks then take a look at the Set Stack Icon Automator workflow. For the hacker in you to make the Dock your own go to Leopard Docks.
