Keyboard and Mouse Options Not Appearing

Hello,

when I click the " mouse and keyboard" icon in the System Preferences all I get is a blank window. All the other icons lead me to setting options, but this one seems to be void. I own a MB061LL/B, and have installed a keyboard layout file adjusted to brazilian settings. But as I only tried to use the "mouse and keyboard" icon after installing, I don't know wether this has anything to do with the problem.

Go to the folder /YourHardDrive/User/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/ and delete the file com.apple.systempreferences.plist . Hopefully this will work.
