I recently switched my MAC OSX over to Windows XP however now I am noticing that some of the keyboard buttons aren't what they should be and I am unable to do such things are a simple question make this is what happens when I do É doesn't looking like a question mark to me HELP PLS! :(

no I didnt delete the os x I partitioned the two is what I did and now my keyboard is wanky with the punctuation keys any ideas

If this is OS X, is your local language still properly set in the International Pref pane? Be sure to check in the Input Menu tab for correct choice for your local keyboard.
If you are actually still in Windows, then make sure that your Boot Camp drivers are properly installed. Those are on your Leopard installer DVD.

Go to your System Preferences, then the International pref pane. Make sure the language selections are for your local language, whatever that might be...
If you have doubts about that, please ask a specific question about what you see.

You didn't respond - are you presently in Windows? or OS X?

Good - reinstall your Windows drivers by inserting your OS X 10.5 installer DVD. The driver setup should autorun when you are booted to Windows.

Do you get É HELP? or just É?
Is the question mark the only character key that is mapped incorrectly?
Which Apple keyboard are you using? An Apple keyboard may have the alt and command (Windows) keys swapped in Windows. Is that affecting your problem at all?

sorry I should clarify that it is a macbook keyboard. The keys that are messed up are the question marking make the é and the ' making the è
