Keychain First Aid

I attempted to use Keychain First Aid to repair my keychain. I am unable to verify or repair, as I get the following message:

The same thing happens when I verify. It tells me verification failed and there are issues that need to be repaired.
Anyone have an idea how to get around this?

Suspect your Keychain file is corrupted, Try repairing permissions. If no help, then delete your user keychain file and let system create a new one for you. Or maybe someone else has a fix that is a little simpler (I think you'll have to boot to OS 9 to actually delete this file)

You don't need to boot into OS 9 to remove a keychain. Launch:
Utilities>Keychain Access
Then choose:
File>Delete "kevini"
