Keychain Password Problem

I am running OS X on my iMac and had to recently have the logic board replaced. Upon replacement, the computer now asks me for my keychain password (which it has never done), and the password that I assigned does not unlock it.

Can you tell me hot to fix the problem, or reset the password? I can't even do a software update because it will not accept my password.

All you need to do is just get your original install disk (or a retail OS X install disk) and when the first screen comes up you can go to the menu items and reset the Mac's Master Password.
