Change your password to something that you actually remember so that there is no risk in forgetting it?

I use HandySafe on my phone. It is a program that stores passwords, credit card numbers etc. The phone is Microsoft Mobile based, but it is awailable for Symbian phones also. I guess there are similar programs for other phones also. However, it does not solve your problem totally: you need to remember phone's SIM number and password for HandySafe.

What, exactly, are you asking for? There are two requirements for picking a good, strong password:

1) That it be sufficiently long in length as such to prevent brute-force attempts at cracking it, and
2) That it contain sufficiently random and varying characters from across the valid ASCII spectrum of characters.

That means for a strong password, pick one that's at least 8 characters long and has a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and valid symbols.

The good thing about this is that the password is strong and not easily or feasibly guessed. The bad thing about this is that if you pick a strong enough password, it's going to be easy to forget.

There are applications that will help you manage different passwords for different websites, programs, and secure areas (such as Password Wallet and 1Password), but they, too, require a "master" password to operate, and that password should also conform to the above guidelines.

There is no way around the above guidelines. You must keep track of that password, and the "best" way differs from person to person. Some write it down on a piece of paper and keep it in their wallet. Others print it out and store it in a safe place in their home. Yet others simply commit it to memory. Each method has its drawbacks.

but i want a good way
If you would like us to provide more assistance, I believe you're going to have to be more clear about precisely what you want. Are you looking for some kind of application for your computer? What do you want that application to do? Or are you looking for suggestions on how to go about a specific process? Are you looking to recover your password that you forgot without resetting it to something new?
