What networking options are supported in OS X? I have been using it ever since it came out, however I have not discovered any way of getting on the local network. I have AppleTalk and file sharing on, but nothing shows up under network. I know it supports AppleTalk over TCP/IP via the connect to server command in the Go menu, but is there any way to get on to a standard network (i.e. standard AppleTalk or windows network)? I do know about Sharity, but that costs extra. It is very anoying not having access to any of my schools network.
