It actually worked. I next to never use IE, but I was just trying out a bunch of stuff to see how it worked and noticed this about IE.

If the algorithm is all around the same, howcome there can be some "rare cases"?
I can call internetexplorer with "ie". Or are there some mutated algorithms?
 
I don't know. I'm sure if you emailed Norbert, he'd explain it to you. Have you called IE at all from LaunchBar? If so, that's why it comes up. It comes up now for me too. It was just the first couple of times that it didn't.
 
Well, as long I am not facing this problem, it's ok for me. ;)
I use ie pretty frequently, since safari keeps messing with text-boxes.. That's why I was so surprised you had problems. But anyway, I should have discovered it before (when I called ie for the first time) and I didn't.

Ok, this all is a bit confusing to me, but let's just be happy for you that it's fixed finally :)
