[lion] iTunes audio drops and safari freezes up

I've noticed this problem just now while using Lion, first when I'm using iTunes and Safari together, iTunes' audio will randomly drop out (go mute) without the sound being turned down. This happens until I plug in/out a pair of headphones, then it comes back.

Also, safari is INCREDIBLY SLOW AND LAGGY. And downloads will "finish" well before they're actually done. (ie. I begin downloading a 1GB file, and at about 100MB in, the icon will bounce in the dock telling me it has finished...).

Anyone else having these issues?

Something is wrong. Try to backup then do a Fresh Install of Lion (I used a USB stick to make a USB installer).

Then after that you can use Migration Assistant to import your music, mail, pictures, etc. Just don't import the Network settings because of funky network problems floating around the net. Do those Network settings by hand to avoid those problems.
