No, LISA is Large Installation Systems Administration. It's an annual conference held bye USENIX and SAGE. See http://www.usenix.org/events/lisa04/ for more info.

As a UNIX admin, I want to go, but as a college student as well, I dont have the funds to go. Would be nice though.

Too late for this year, but for next year look into their student program where USENIX pays your way. They select several college students a year to attend free of charge. See http://www.usenix.org/students/stipend.html.
