Logging in another user, flip screen

I have an iMac (half bubble with the floating style LCD) which has a really neat animation where the whole desktop flips over when I log in as another user.

How comes this does not happen on my MacBook Pro? Is there a setting for this?

Open System Preferences->Accounts->Login Options-> and put a check mark in Enable Fast User Switching. This will work if you have a good enough video card and multiple users on the same Mac.
