Login Alert

Hello guys,

when i power on my mac (10.7.3) then login window appear i see this alert:

Any idea about this ?

That would be a setting in VoiceOver.

If you don't want to see that box, turn off VoiceOver:
Go to your System Preferences, Universal Access pane, then the Seeing tab.
Turn OFF VoiceOver.

oh, thanks very much.
VoiceOver was off, but i pressed cmd + fn+ F5 (VoiceOver Shortcut) at login screen to hide it.

Looks like that's an independent setting for the login window, I never noticed it before.
Go to your System Preferences, then Users & Groups. Click the padlock to unlock the pane, then click the Login Options.
There's a checkbox for "Use VoiceOver in the login window".
If you don't need Voiceover at login, uncheck the box.
