Looking for a utility to backup Outlook Express mail

Hi! A friend has a G3-based PowerBook and she tried backing up her Outlook Express mail by moving her "Main Identity" folder to a backup location. As a result of what she did, Outlook Express tried to create a new "Main Identity" and her mail was gone. We managed to get everything restored but I just don't trust her ability to make a manual backup of her Outlook Express mail and contacts.

Is there a utility for OS 9.2.2 that will backup her Outlook Express data easily and conveniently for her?

I believe there's an OS9 version of the free "Silver Keeper" by LaCie that can be set to make backup copies of anything you set it to.
