Loose password Admin

I loose my Admin password on my iBook G4 but I have a damaged optical drive and I can't reset the password by CD room. Someone has a solution for me?

Use another Mac to make a bootable clone of the Mac OS X Install CD/DVD to an external FireWire hard drive. A FireWire-compatible iPod will also do.

Boot the iBook G4 from the FireWire hard drive.

Reset password.

Or, you can use single-user mode if you're using Leopard:
