Mac and Pc Internet Network Question

So I have a mac and a pc both with wireless. I'm borrowing internet from my neighbor two doors down...my mac picks up the signal perfect but my pc is just far enough away that it can't get a signal...is there a way to wirelessly get the pc to share the connection with the mac?

Sounds like you should invest into something like the Airport Express.

The Mac will do internet sharing if you look in System Preferences->Sharing.
