Mac desktop X11 and back

Hello,

Recently installed X11 to use Openoffice. If I select on the X11 prefrences to use full screen how do I get back to the Mac desktop?

I don't have a mac keyboard, just a plain old winblows keyboard. I have read in a couple places to use "Command-Option-A" to get back to the desktop.

What does that mean ?

Command is an apple OS and keyboard key, it has the apple and four leaf clover on it. I have no idea how to "emulate" with a PC keyboard. Can you go back to preferences so that both X11 and OS X are showing (I think they call this rootless mode)? Just make the X11 window nearly the size of the OS X desktop.

I believe that the Apple key is the Control key on a Windows-style keyboard, and that option is the Alt key... try Control-Alt-A and see if that works.

[control] is [control], [option] is [alt], [apple] is [command]. However, Windows commands tend to use [control] for the same functions that the Mac performs using [apple].
