Mac G5 freezing when turned on

When I turn on my G5 it starts to shiver and then freeze all blurry. A box comes up that says to press the restart button or hold the power button for two to three seconds and then start again. The same thing happens everytime you start it. So I am unable to get on the computer right now. Any suggestions?

This means something hardware wise has failed or is failing. I hope you have AppleCare because you need to get the computer fixed.
