Can you please someone advice me where to download Mac Os for 2006 notebook model.

Do you have any version of OS X on it now? Likely not since you're looking for 10.0.

You CANNOT download X. You need to purchase a retail version of X. From your description, you need 10.4, which can be updated online to 10.4.11.

You will need the original set of grey disks that came with your Mac. A 2006 model will be an intel Mac. Apple never released a version of the commercial Tiger (OS X 10.4.x) installer that will install on an intel Mac. Find an installer for 10.5 or 10.6
There are no legal downloads for an OS X full install.(period)
