Mac OSX 10.5.2 PPPOE Hang

I used to use a PPPOE based ISP which made me setup the PPPOE from the System Preferences -> Network

Now I don't use the PPPOE anymore but DHCP based ISP and Aiport Express.

When I connect to the Aiport Express a PPPOE connection establishment is taking place which should not happen since I deleted the PPPOE from the Network device list. Now whenever I turn the Aiport ON it automatically tries to connect to the pppoe server and I can't seem to find a way to stop this!!! It is VERY VERY annoying!

PLS Help!
 
Are you deleting the PPPoE entry out of your Network System Preference pane, or are you removing the PPPoE option using the AirPort Admin utility?
