Mac won't go to sleep properly

Right, for the last three nights I've quit all programs before putting the Mac to sleep. Last night it woke up again at 01:49. It's launching iLike agent (although iTunes is not live). I am assuming this is the culprit. How can I stop this and/or remove iLike agent?

Is there an ilikeagent plist file in ~/Library/LaunchAgents folder? If there is move it to the Desktop and see if your Mac still auto wakes.

Two minutes after putting to Sleep, it woke up. I get this:

Still waking up. What's happening here?
