Macbook Power Button

I was wondering if there was a way to make the Macbooks power button sleep the computer without asking when pressed. On the mac mini there is a setting in Energy Saver that makes the power button sleep the computer but on the macbook there is none. Is there any way to do this with the Macbook?

How about the 2-button sleep? Press your power button, you get the little window, and then press the S key, and she goes to sleep.
