Look at System Profiler for the cycle count for the battery. What does it show? (upper left corner 'apple logo' > about this Mac > more info...)
Do you see the battery charge? Is it recognized? Was it ever left to completely drain out of power?
Reset PRAM and try charging it again.

yea for a couple days it could not be charged because the charger broke and now if i unplug it from the charger it auto dies So i bought a new charger and it still didnt work

It looks like the problem is with the battery, not the charger. Look at the cycle count (it's high) and the "Condition:" section.

My bet is that your battery is kaput and you need to get a new one.

Your battery's Full Charge Capacity shows zero, which means that it won't accept any charge now. A new MacBook battery will be in the range of 5500 maH for Full charge Capacity.
Your Cycle count is over 600 - very high for your battery.
So, the battery is exhausted, and needs to be replaced if you want a battery that can be charged. Yours will not.
