I dot often use my white MacBook but I just turned it on and leftnit and it must have gone to sceen saver then it wouldn't wake up so I held down the power butting andbit turned off, now it won't turn back on.

The light on the battery keeps flashing even when I take it out.
The power cord is lit up orange.
And when I go to turn it on with the powe plugged in the sleep light lights up and it sounds like the fan starts for a split second then the light flashes every ten seconds untill I unattach the power cord and the light doesn't blink repeatitively anymore.

I ready sent it back onces! And ivthink ots out of warrenty by a week now!!!

If anyone knows what I should do I would really apprecate and suggestions?

Remove your battery, and unplug your power adapter.
Press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds.
Leave the battery out, but connect your power adapter to your MacBook. If you get an orange light, and not green on the power adapter connector, then you have an internal power problem, and you will need to take in for service. If you do get a green light, you should be able to turn on your MacBook, and use without a battery.
The flashing light on the battery probably means that your battery is completely discharged.
If your MacBook does come back on - _then_ put the battery back in place.
Open your System Profiler (Click on the Apple menu, then About this Mac, and click the More Info... button. In that information window, click the Power tab. You'll see some information about your battery.
What number is listed next to Full Charge Capacity?
And, what number is listed for Cycle Count?

So I decided to leave it till the morning and it's magically turned on!
I'm scared it will do it again though..

I went to the battery information and it says it's not charging even when the plug is in and the icon shows it's connected but doesn't have a lightening bolt and the power cord light is green and battery is being recognised..
the cycle count is 109

thank you sooooo much for replying to my thread!
